Individually, or as part of a team, you will be responsible for project planning, change management, risk management, and issue resolution. You will also help develop a change management framework and toolkit.<br><br><strong>How You’ll Contribute<br><br></strong><ul><li>Project Planning</li><li>Project Leadership</li><li>Project Delivery</li><li>Risk Management</li><li>Resource Management</li><li>Problem-Solving and Standardization</li><li>Planning for Change</li><li>Other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Bring<br><br></strong><strong>Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure<br><br></strong><ul><li>4+ years of project management experience, including managing projects with HR as the customer</li><li>3+ years of experience leading change management activities<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred experience and certification:<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years of experience working within human resources</li><li>PMP or other project management certification</li><li>CCMP, Prosci, or other change management certification<br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge, SKILLS, And Abilities (KSAs)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Independently oversees multiple medium to large scale complex projects. </li><li>Coordinates project deliverables, plans and status reports.</li><li>Identifies appropriate resources needed and coordinates schedules to ensure timely completion of project.</li><li>Creates project plans specifying goals, strategy, and staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, budgets, and allocation of available resources.</li><li>Facilitates status and milestone meetings with cross functional groups.</li><li>Conducts risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and on budget.</li><li>Works closely with end users, business technologies and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs related to the project.</li><li>Monitors project budgets including project cost estimates and forecasting.</li><li>Prepares project status reports and keeps team, management and clients informed of project status and related issues.</li><li>May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Complexities & IMPACT <br><br></strong><ul><li>Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors</li><li>Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action</li><li>Follows department processes and procedures and makes recommendations to these processes</li><li>Errors may cause significant delay of process development or problem resolution<br><br></li></ul><strong>SUPERVISION received OR EXTENDED <br><br></strong><ul><li>No responsibility for the supervision of others</li><li>Works independently setting own priorities and objectives.
