SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Design and Sales Team Members and Customers with an exceptional experience for visualizing product selections and selecting finishes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

General:

  • Pull materials for client meetings and look up availability of finishes.
  • Pull together & label samples for large finish meetings.
  • Pull materials for designers and sales on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure samples are in stock and organized.
  • Maintain the current fabrics/finishes for the MillerKnoll Sample Walls.
  • Order/coordinate delivery of samples to clients and A&D partners.
  • Share innovative materials and finishes with the design & sales team.
  • Assist with miscellaneous design work.
  • Any additional job duties assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly required to be in a stationary position for extended periods of time (sitting/standing), be able to successfully operate a keyboard, computer, phone, and other standard office equipment; and move about to complete collaborative tasks in office.
