The Team

The Staffing and Onboarding Specialist reports to the Staffing and Onboarding Lead.

The Role

You will be recruiting new providers in addition to maintaining great relationships with our existing providers, with a focus on maintaining a high quality experience for our Clients.

Your job is to manage the process of recruiting, onboarding and fulfilling events. You will handle the duties related to fulfillment success and provider relationship building through outstanding service, attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills.

You will be focused on helping us grow our business by rapidly expanding our provider team and recruiting and training the best possible instructors and providers.

Body Techniques is known for the high quality service and care we give to our wellness providers. Our team is responsible for upholding the quality of provider services through robust training and onboarding. This role is full time and remote but you must be based in the following states: OR, ME, IL, NC.

Your First 30 Days

Weeks 1 -2: You will be working through training materials and learning our technology. You will be learning our recruitment, staffing, and onboarding processes through self study and shadowing team members.

Weeks 3 - 4: You will be working alongside team members to manage recruitment and staffing of events. By the end of the month you will be fully trained and managing recruitment and staffing of your own events with team support.
