Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all airport employees. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. Provide training and education to employees on safety practices, ergonomics, and health and wellness. Collaborate with other departments to create and implement safety initiatives and programs. Investigate and report on any safety incidents or accidents that occur on airport grounds. Monitor and maintain safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to safety, ergonomics, and health and wellness. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding safety concerns and provide guidance and support as needed. Assist with the development and implementation of emergency response plans. Communicate with customers and address any safety concerns or questions they may have. Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues. Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively handle any challenges that may arise. Maintain accurate records and reports related to safety, ergonomics, and health and wellness. Participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for improving safety and customer service processes.
