Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for the Transactional department.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote the department's services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Manage budgeting and reporting for business development activities.
- Conduct performance analysis to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.

A successful Business Development and Marketing Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or marketing within the professional services industry.
