Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions within our medical office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Assist in training development for new staff members to ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Collaborate with team management to enhance customer service processes and improve client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and calendar management for appointments and meetings.
  • Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses related to customer service operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Ensure compliance with medical office management protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
