BCBST is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our BlueCare Plus Customer Service team. In this role, you will support Medicare and Medicaid eligible members by assisting with provider searches, resolving billing concerns, obtaining prescriptions, and more. This position requires strong multitasking skills, including the ability to type and talk simultaneously while accurately documenting important information.One year of customer service experience with BCBST required. Prior knowledge of Medicare plans and benefits strongly preferred. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, remain patient, and apply effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.Class Details:Start Date: October 27, 2025Training Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ESTPost-Training Schedule: Weekly rotating shifts, with hours ranging from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.
