Our Entry Level Management team members help others connect people with the latest devices. We work with our customers to find the best AT&T plans and services for their needs while expanding their ability to stay connected. Entry Level Management team members will listen to customers' concerns, and make sure they leave informed and satisfied with their products.

As an Entry Level Management, you will represent AT&T’s services by working to connect customers with cutting-edge communication and wireless solutions. This Entry Level Management role combines sales, customer service, and product knowledge, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and help individuals and families stay connected. As an Entry Level Management member, you will work with customers to identify their needs and match them with the right products and services built for them. Whether you're starting your career or looking to gain new skills within a fast-paced, people-first environment, this Entry Level Management role offers hands-on experience.

Entry Level Management Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to educate them on AT&T’s latest wireless services, plans, and promotional offers
  • Utilize proven sales systems and tools to complete sales orders for customers ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to meet the unique needs of each customer independently.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care, providing tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Entry Level Management members will stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotional changes to remain confident and informed at all times
  • Troubleshoot minor service issues and follow through to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved.

Entry Level Management Qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality industries is preferred
  • Consistent reliable transportation is a plus to commute to our office in Doral
  • Ability to communicate effectively, actively listen, and problem-solve
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Strong sales experience and skills prior is a plus for our wireless services offered
