As the Manager of Crew & Guest Travel Management for Disney Cruise Line, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Global Crew and Guest Hotel & Air programs. In this role, you will oversee teams responsible for delivering exceptional air and hotel experiences for both Crew and Guests, while driving strategic planning for crew travel logistics. You will manage key revenue streams, guide cost-effective strategies for air and hotel spend, conduct market research, and support long-term business planning. Additionally, you will play a critical role in developing team capabilities and fostering operational excellence across Disney Cruise Line.

The Manager, Crew & Guest Travel Management will report to Sr. Mgr., Travel Management and sits in Celebration, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct leadership to 9+ salaried Cast Members and indirect oversight of a 30+ member operational team.

  • Drive strategic planning and revenue optimization for Disney Cruise Line’s guest air and hotel portfolio.

  • Lead cost containment initiatives for crew air and hotel operations, ensuring budget efficiency without compromising service quality.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and execute impactful business strategies.

  • Oversee 24/7 global travel operations, including rapid response to urgent issues and escalations across nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Manage end-to-end technology initiatives, including enhancements to Seaware, Seaware Direct, Amadeus Management Center, Context Search, and Workflow/Crew Management Systems.

  • Deliver regular financial performance reports and strategic insights to Sr. and Executive leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of advanced experience in strategic leadership within the cruise, travel, hospitality, or airline industries, with a proven experience leading salaried direct reports and optimizing global operations.

  • Familiarity with Disney Cruise Line policies, operations, and organizational structure.

  • Expertise in financial forecasting, pricing strategies, and managing complex travel logistics for both crew and guest operations.

  • Extensive experience with advanced travel management systems (Seaware, Amadeus, Workflow/Crew Management) and leading technology projects with a focus on system improvements from initial concept to final deployment.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills, with a proven ability to manage urgent escalations and lead cross-functional teams through complex global operations.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel, Logistics, Finance, or Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel, Logistics, Finance, or Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
