As a Tesla Advisor, your primary focus is on enhancing operational efficiency to boost store productivity. Your role is pivotal in supporting and enabling our Customer Experience, Tesla Advisors, and Management teams by providing them with the tools they need to meet and surpass their targets. Your proactive organizational support is crucial for maximizing performance and productivity. We are seeking a candidate with both the skills to create an exceptional client experience and a genuine commitment to the cause of sustainable energy.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer loan and DMV documents and collaborate with other employees to ensure successful delivery appointments
  • Demonstrate expertise in selling the Tesla eco-system
  • Operationalize Tesla Scheduling Service Calendar and oversee facilities and fleet management
  • Maintain brand and EHS standards, cascading feedback to local teams
  • Manage expenses and execute keyholder responsibilities including opening/closing of store and conducting morning/evening huddles
  • Compile reports for performance improvement and support new hire onboarding and training
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs



Requirements

  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Proactive team member and ability to develop collaborative relationships
  • Highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
  • Valid driver's license required
