Monitor and analyze security threats and risks, and take appropriate action to mitigate them. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to enhance security measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of security processes and procedures. Manage and maintain security systems, equipment, and technology to ensure optimal performance. Serve as a subject matter expert on physical security best practices and provide guidance and training to colleagues and team members. Investigate security incidents and develop incident response plans to prevent future occurrences. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in physical security technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation. Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors to ensure timely and effective support in case of emergencies. Develop and maintain documentation related to physical security procedures, policies, and protocols. Lead and participate in security drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of security protocols and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to management on security operations and incidents.
