Clowns.com is seeking a weekend customer support team member. In this position you will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as sales and operations) to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly. You will multitask efficiently to manage real-time events; and manage high volume entertainer, event staff and customer interactions without compromising attention to detail. In addition, you will leverage your computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively.

Requirements

Previous experience with in-person phone, messaging and live chat support.


Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.


Proficiency in speaking on the phone, with a clear and articulate communication style.


This position is part of a fast-paced environment of real-time events. Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and scheduling changes required.


Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and support tools. Must be fluent with Google documents and spreadsheets and other Google workspace programs.


Natural problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.

Salary Description $19-$22 with paid lunch
