What you’ll do

Your impact will include:

  • assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, and mobility
  • observing and reporting changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses
  • obtain and document vital signs
  • supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency
  • transporting, lifting and repositioning residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment
  • maintaining clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas
  • assisting with isolation procedures and following all infection control protocols
  • collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery

What you’ll bring
