Join Our Team as Finance Manager - Eastwood, Nottingham<br><br>Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for operational leadership and people management? We’re looking for a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to lead our finance function and take ownership of business administration and HR.<br><br>This is a senior role in a growing manufacturing business, focused on financial accounting management & reporting but also offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, streamline operations, and foster a positive workplace culture. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and liaise with our overseas subsidiaries to consolidate group accounts and drive performance.<br><br>Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous, as is a strong understanding of stock control and WIP accounting.<br><br>Role Overview<br><br>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function while also overseeing business administration and HR.
