Full job description

The Nitty Gritty:
Location: Littleton
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $41,000-$45,000 depending on experience
Benefits: Vision, Dental, and Health insurance (employer pays a portion of employee health insurance)
401K contribution after working for the company for one year, or 1,000 hours
Ten paid holidays per year
PTO accrual and rollover (capped)
*Note: Blackout dates for PTO are November 1 - January 5 every year due to high volume

The Skills and Know-How:

  • Minimum of 2-years management experience in the retail industry
  • Analyzing the business and trends; strong business acumen
  • Ability to recruit, hire and train team members
  • Engaging retail floor personality
  • Customer management skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Merchandising skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Cash handling and POS knowledge necessary
  • Love of food is a MUST, but food experience is not required

The Physical Piece:

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to navigate stairs easily and efficiently.

The Details:
This role assists the Store Manager in the overall running of their Savory Spice location. We look for the following in our Assistant Managers.
