<strong>Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:</strong></p>

<li>Help customers purchase a vehicle</li>
<li>Bring your A-game to work with you every day</li>
<li>Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs</li>
<li>Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives</li>
<li>Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals</li>
<li>Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork</li>
<li>Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business</li>
<li>Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience</li>
<li>Prospect for new customers</li>
</ul>

<strong>Qualifications - Sales Consultant:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong><em>Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred</em></strong></li>
<li><strong>We welcome applications from individuals who are bilingual in English and any language spoken in India, Asia, or Arabic-speaking regions</strong></li>
<li><strong><em>Previous Real Estate, Restaurant Waiter / Waitress, Hospitality, Retail Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service experience translates well in this position!</em></strong></li>
<li>Highline performance experience is a plus!</li>
<li><strong>An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed</strong></li>
<li><strong>Good customer service, communication, and computer skills</strong></li>
<li>A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic</li>
<li>Thrives in a fast-paced team environment</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and good driving record</li>
