As a home health aide with A Better Solution, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing,
  • dressing, and grooming
  • Providing medication reminders and assistance with self-administration of medications
  • Preparing and serving meals, including special dietary needs as necessary
  • Providing companionship and social interaction with clients
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry as needed

To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.

2. Experience - varying levels
