About the position

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is currently seeking a multi-location Leader to join our dynamic team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. This role involves overseeing 10-12 employees across multiple locations, training and managing appointment setters, tracking productivity, and developing program plans to achieve project objectives. Founded in 1975 by Carl Lindstrom, our company has grown primarily through word of mouth, a testament to our commitment to excellence in customer service. We are looking for talented individuals for various positions, from customer service to HVAC technicians and plumbers in our Port St. Lucie and Pompano Beach locations. As a multi-location Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining communication and partnerships with local, district, and regional staff, managing location staff, and walking through multiple locations to train and support employee development. You will track employee productivity through regular performance reviews and store visits, attend and facilitate required meetings and trainings, compile bi-weekly timecards and commissions for payroll, and develop program plans to achieve project objectives while identifying obstacles and developing contingency plans. This position offers a market value compensation of $75,000 - $80,000, with the potential for bonuses up to $15,000, a car allowance, and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee approximately 10 Lindstrom Branches.
  • Maintain communication and partnership with multi locations (local, district, and region level) and staff.
  • Manage location staff and support their development and growth.
  • Track employee productivity using various methods including regular performance reviews and store visits.
  • Attend and facilitate required meetings and trainings with staff and support teams.
  • Compile bi-weekly timecards and commissions for payroll.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue budgets.
  • Develop program plans to achieve program and project objectives.
  • Identify obstacles and constraints impacting the program and develop contingency plans.

Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work weekends (will have 2 consecutive weekdays off).
  • Must have a cell phone and access to email.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and ability to use Microsoft Office platforms.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 3+ years proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Extensive understanding of B to C sales specific to HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
