Full-Time Remote EA & Ops Partner (Shopify/Ecommerce) ID - 15718

Full Job Description

Overview
We’re Inergize Health — a fast-growing cold plunge brand on a mission to dominate the U.S. performance recovery space. Our tubs are trusted by high performers, elite athletes, and even names like Will Smith and Dustin Johnson.

We’re hiring a full-time EA & Ops Partner — someone who thrives inside fast-moving startups and knows how to keep chaos under control. You’ll handle customer service, Shopify backend, scheduling, logistics, and the messy, vital behind-the-scenes execution that keeps a DTC brand growing.

This is not a chilled VA gig.

This is a high-responsibility, high-autonomy role working directly with the founder to move fast and make decisions. If you’ve been the glue inside a 7–8 figure brand (or want to be), we want to meet you.

What You’ll Own:

  • Customer Support (Gorgias): Email, live chat, occasional calls
  • Inbox + Calendar: Keep the founder at inbox zero and on track
  • Shopify Backend: Orders, returns, pricing, SKUs, and invoice handling
  • Logistics & Warehouse Coordination: Track repairs, shipping issues, customs docs
  • Social Media Support: Reposts, comment replies, Reddit, basic reels
  • Contractor Management: Track tasks in Notion/Asana, follow up on deadlines
  • Light Design Tasks: Resize, compress, or update images via Canva/Figma
  • System Creation: SOPs, automations, cleanup projects
  • Marketing Ops: Email/SMS support (Klaviyo + GoHighLevel), influencer comms
  • Basic Reporting + Finance Tasks: Chargeback handling, cost inputs, payment follow-ups

Must-Haves:

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Required):

  • Familiarity with: Notion, Figma, Canva, Asana
  • Experience with: Klaviyo, GoHighLevel
  • Video: Light editing (CapCut, iMovie, etc.)
  • Reddit: Posting/commenting in communities
  • Ecom/agency background or worked directly with a founder before

This Role Is Not for You If:

  • You need a slow-paced, instruction-heavy job
  • You’re juggling multiple clients or full-time gigs
  • You want work-life balance over impact
  • You avoid hard conversations or fast deadlines

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
