Financia Solutions Group is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Structured Finance Associate to join our growing team in a remote capacity. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in structured finance, supporting a variety of projects and transactions across multiple office locations. As an Associate, you will assist with the structuring, modeling, and execution of complex financial transactions for clients in the corporate and institutional markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a keen interest in structured finance. This role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, while collaborating with a team of professionals located across different regions. Key Responsibilities: - Support the structuring, modeling, and execution of structured finance transactions, including securitizations, project finance, and debt capital markets. - Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow modeling and risk analysis. - Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations, term sheets, and other transaction-related documents. - Collaborate with senior team members in analyzing complex financial structures and contributing to the development of innovative solutions. - Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure timely execution of transactions. - Assist in due diligence processes and document review, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Contribute to client relationships and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. - Stay up to date on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master's or CFA is a plus). - 1-4 years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, or related financial services. - Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis, with experience using Excel and other financial software. - Understanding of securitizations, project finance, and capital markets transactions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, remote work environment. - Proactive, self-starter with a strong interest in structured finance and capital markets.
