We are looking for Top Performing Professional Appointment Setters to join the AssureCall’s Storm911 Division. This individual will be responsible for engaging customers and setting up HIGH-QUALITY appointments between property owners in storm damaged areas and our NIRC Certified Contractors. The ideal candidate will be confident, results-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. *This Is A High Outbound Call Volume Position Where You'll Be Making Calls All Day*

Key Responsibilities:

  • 100% Phone Sales/Appointment Setting: Your primary focus will be setting appointments with commercial and residential property owners in storm damaged areas through phone interactions.
  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients in order to schedule appointments for our NIRC Certified Contractors. .
  • Generate Results: Be proactive in engaging key decision-makers daily.
  • Daily Reporting: Track and record all calls and sales progress in CRM
  • Generate Results Research and gain an understanding of the Storm Restoration Industry and the target market for the AssureCall Storm911 Division
  • Generate Results: Develop and maintain a database of positive relationship with potential clients throughout the sales process
  • Daily Reporting: Provide daily activity and results reports.
  • Effective Communication: Proactively identify and overcome objections to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Effective Communication: Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services to potential property owner clients.
  • Qualify Appointments: Collaborate with the team leads agent to ensure smooth handoff of qualified appointments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek to enhance your performance through coaching and feedback from management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and setting appointments
  • Phone Sales experience-- minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Real estate or Solar cold calling- minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Proven experience in using CRM to manage leads
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and appointments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solution-Oriented: Skilled at selling solutions.

Compensation:

  • Rate set per individual based on experience level and qualifications
  • Weekly bonuses and Daily Bonuses

Earning Potential: $ 25,000 to 98,000 depending on desire of individual. if you are just looking for a paycheck no need to apply.
