In this role, the Order Builder will work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team of dedicated individuals to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Responsible for accurately building and staging orders based on a pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucks


  • Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation


  • Use appropriate manual or powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) to move product and materials from/to designated locations


  • Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to product age, quality and safety


  • Responsible for meeting productivity requirements



Job Requirements


  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred


  • Minimum 6 months of general work experience required


  • Prior warehouse experience preferred


  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred


  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach


  • Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time


  • Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance


  • Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination


  • Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print
