We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Amazon Retail Media to lead and grow our Amazon retail marketing strategy. This is a fully remote role and is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments. This position does not require deep technical or hard skills but focuses on leadership, decision-making, and digital media strategy experience, particularly with Amazon Ads. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Amazon retail media campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads. - Oversee day-to-day performance, budget pacing, and bid optimization. - Analyze metrics and deliver actionable insights to increase ROAS and overall performance. - Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align brand strategy and product visibility on Amazon. - Manage relationships with Amazon Ads account teams and third-party vendors. - Lead A/B testing initiatives and performance reporting across campaigns. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Amazon advertising, retail media, or e-commerce marketing. - Demonstrated success in managing retail media strategies with measurable outcomes. - Strong business acumen and ability to make data-informed decisions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to thrive independently in a remote, fast-moving environment. - Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central preferred.
