About the position

Raymond James, a leader in the Financial Services industry with over 60 years of history, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate. This role is essential in providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors, their clients, and other branch staff. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills across various platforms, including phone, email, in-person, and virtual interactions. The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Client Service Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency within the branch.

Responsibilities

  • Service a high volume of daily interactions with prospective and existing clients through various communication channels.

  • Provide crucial support to financial advisors and branch office, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Process client financial transactions and manage financial advisor and branch office expenses accurately.
