Job Summary:

Scalesforth is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse processes, supporting the shipping, receiving, and organization of products. This role offers flexible hours and an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the receiving, unloading, and sorting of incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, ensuring items are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Perform routine inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery (training will be provided as needed).
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials when applicable.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes.
  • Help with the processing of returns and damaged goods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (for inventory management and order processing).
  • Forklift certification or the willingness to be trained (preferred but not required).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the teams success.

Experience:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
