Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join a high-profile family in Riverside, CA, for a guaranteed 30 hours per week.

Monday and Tuesday 8:30 am - 2pm

Thursday and Friday 12:30pm - 7:30pm

Family also would love help on weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a strong understanding of family dynamics. This role is crucial in providing support and ensuring the well-being of the 3 year old girl.

Duties

  • Provide attentive care and supervision, ensuring safety and well-being at all times.
  • Assist with daily activities including homework help, transportation to and from school or events, and engaging in recreational activities.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children.
  • Collaborate with parents to develop and maintain routines that support the gild emotional and developmental needs.
  • Respond to crises with appropriate intervention techniques, ensuring a calm and supportive environment.
  • Maintain clear communication with family members regarding their daughter’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
