Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services by managing various tasks related to customer service, aircraft maintenance, and overall operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively supervise teams, manage maintenance tasks, and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee aircraft maintenance operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage and supervise maintenance management processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance activities and operational duties.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and customer interactions.
  • Utilize language skills, such as Japanese or Chinese, to assist in communication with diverse clientele when necessary.
  • Operate manual transmission vehicles as needed for transportation within the facility.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance procedures is highly desirable.
  • Experience in supervising teams or managing operations will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical tasks associated with the role.
