<p>Burn 60 is looking for a great Front Desk Associate! This position is part-time (a few hours per week) and requires the candidate to be present on-site at the studio, as this is not a remote job. Our number one priority is our clients and we are committed to enhancing client experiences at every touchpoint. The Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in shaping these experiences, providing a welcoming, helpful, and organized frontline for our clients.</p>

<h2><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<li>Manage the front desk – greet clients by name upon entry in a warm and professional manner.</li>
<li>Assist clients with purchases, managing bookings, and answering queries using our studio software.</li>
<li>Ensure the front desk and lobby area are tidy and presentable at all times.</li>
<li>Maintain the safety and security of client belongings throughout their visit.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any on-the-spot issues that arise.</li>
<li>Introduce new clients to coaches and studio amenities using our approved induction system.</li>
<li>Stay knowledgeable about our products and services, providing clients with accurate information.</li>
<li>Assist in setting up for classes, ensuring that all areas are organized and ready for clients.</li>
<li>Handle client feedback constructively and proactively contribute to improving our service delivery.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of all studio promotions and pricing to ensure clients are informed about available packages and offers.</li>
