Part Time Airbnb Cleaner - $25+hr. - Emporia K5 ID - 15023

Full Job Description

Thank you for your interest in the cleaning position, here is a basic description of what the job entails.

I manage several Airbnbs across the United States. You can view the listings I am hiring for here: https://www.airbnb.com/users/477667820/listings

I am looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/or weekends between 11a - 3p.

The basic duties include:

  • Changing beds, washing & drying all linens and towels
  • Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms
  • Emptying trash
  • Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen
  • Washing, drying, & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion)
  • Sweep / Vacuum the floors
  • Mop as needed
  • Generally keep common areas clean & tidy
  • ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED

All tasks generally take around 2 - 3 hours to complete.

The pay is a flat rate per cleaning project depending on the size of the property, and the rate is set to compensate you around $25hr for the amount of time it normally takes to clean the property. For example, a small two bedroom apartment might take around 1-2 hours so the rate would be $50. All pay is done via direct deposit within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all. But on average there around 10 - 20 reservations a month ranging from 1 to 5 days.

If you are interested in this position please apply!
