Program Manager (Non Tech 2) Needed!

LHH has a client located in Redmond, WA who needs a Program Manager (Non Tech 2) on a contract opportunity!

Job Overview:

On the WW Surface Category team, you will contribute at an integral level to ensure we develop & execute the optimal promotional strategies WW. In this role, you will also take on the optimization and measurement of our promotional strategies and provide data driven feedback on adjustments needed. You will have the creativity to create reports that help our field teams further understand their business outcomes. Identify areas of opportunity and create tools that eliminate redundancies or complexities in the day-to-day business.

Key projects:

  • Handling ad hoc data requests and providing detailed data insights.


  • Working independently on data projects, including mapping data cubes and interpreting data.


  • Developing Power BI dashboards as needed.


  • Simplifying complex data and storytelling through PowerPoint presentations.

     

    Requirements:


  • Candidates must have advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel


  • Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field


  • A Bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, or a related field


  • PMI or PMP certification preferred

     

    Other Qualifications Required:


  • Project Management


  • Data Analytics


  • Proven experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills


o Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, If Functions


  • Financial acumen and ROI measurement


  • Advanced PowerPoint Skills
