Full job description

Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration is seeking a caring, reliable, enthusiastic individual to join their mission and ministry as a Receptionist.

This position is a part-time Receptionist that we look forward to joining our team at St. Rose Convent, the spiritual heart and administrative center of FSPA in La Crosse, WI. Visit us at www.fspa.org.

In this position you work every other weekend (1:30pm-8pm), two holiday shifts annually (7am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-8pm), every Thursday evening (5:30pm-9:30pm) and provide additional coverage when available.

You would graciously receive all persons who come to the reception desk and assist them as needed, answer the telephone and respond to inquiries, monitor cameras and door systems and provide administrative support as needed. This is satisfying and challenging work that allows you to assist a wide variety of people.

We are looking for someone who believes in hospitality. You should

  • be reliable and able to work independently,
  • be able to work with frequent interruptions,
  • have strong communication/customer service skills and basic computer skills.

We offer:

Previous reception experience is preferred. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
