Truck Loader - Shipping Department - Swing Shift ID - 15749

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Truck Loader to join our Shipping Department, in our Prescott Valley, AZ location. The Truck Loader will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and accuracy. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.
The hourly compensation starts at $19.00. Plus, $1.50 shift differential. Monday through Friday starting at 3:030 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with windows and doors using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Ensure products are securely packed and protected during transit.
- Verify product quantities and conditions against shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to maintain efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading dock area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
